ROK Mobile Dealer Program Shut Down

Greetings Partners,


You may have already received the disappointing news regarding the abrupt shutdown of the ROK Mobile dealer program. This unexpected and surprising to everyone including their own internal employees.

 

ROK Mobile has committed that:

  • SIM card reimbursement
  • All customers phone lines will remain functional
  • Residuals and commissions will continue to be paid out
  • We will all be able to continue RTR payments
  • any funds within REUP Mobile are safe
    • REUP is a world-class payment system has many services loaded in

 

E-mazed.com has invested a lot of time, energy, passion, and funds into the ROK dealer channel so it is sad to see it go away but I am eternally grateful for the MANY relationships that were developed due to it.

 

E-mazed.com will continue our mission of empowerment through consumer electronics and prepaid wireless distribution. We will continue free graphic design services, supporting dealers for payments through REUP Mobile, and we are tremendously excited to communicate our new services line up coming soon.

Dear Valued ROK Mobile Distribution Partner:
 
A few years ago, we launched ROK Mobile with a vision to change the landscape of prepaid wireless services by offering customers more than just wireless service. Since then, we have provided our Customers with affordable wireless plans that have included features such as music, telemedicine, pharmacy savings and roadside assistance on some of America’s best 4G LTE networks.
 
We’ve also built great partnerships with you, our valuable ROK Mobile Dealers, who have provided our collective Customers with the positive experiences they deserve.
 
As part of its evolving business strategy, ROK Mobile has decided to discontinue all new Customer activations in the indirect retail channel effective today. The ability to accept ROK Mobile payments (i.e. “top-ups,” “refills,” “replenishment,” etc.) will not be impacted and we will continue our residual compensation program for the full tenure of each Customer activated in your location(s).
 
ROK Mobile is still operational and providing services to our Customers including wireless and Life Services activations online at www.ROKMobile.com
 
In-store merchandising and collateral do not need to be returned to ROK Mobile.  We will be communicating a SIM buy-back plan with master agents and retail locations very soon.
